Mike Cullen has years of experience in Video and TV production. He was employed in the television department at Rhema Bible Church, Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa for 17 years. The Final two years of which were as Head of Department overseeing 40 volunteers and 6 full time staff members. He initially trained as a cameraman to record Sunday services, conferences etc. This was before Christian television began. Once CTV started in South Africa, Rhema began producing a programme for broadcast. Eventually setting up an in-house production facility I.E. TV studio, Audio Studio and Edit Suite. He edited this programme for many years as well as directing studio shoots, live Sunday services, interviews, music videos, live concerts and mini documentaries on the various outreaches of the ministry for inclusion in the Rhema television programme. One of his responsibilities was to run the Rhema Network satellite channel on DStv. In short, he has the training and ability to create a programme from concept to airing. In 2004 Mike relocated to Tzaneen, Limpopo Province to assist and train members of a The River church to produce programmes for Christian television. Returning to Johannesburg in 2006. His focus at that time involved: freelance vision mixing for Shattered Glass AV on shows such as Sony Fevapitch 6 - A - Side national soccer tournament, African Women's Development Fund also “Department of Home Affairs” live business broadcast. Producing, directing and editing a pilot television programme for Reality Bible Ministries. Cameraman on “The Kids are Alright” broadcast on SABC - Nikki Maistry (***)-***-**** Management of Maranatha TV a local Christian television station - Ps Louis May Producing, directing and editing various genres of video content for broadcast purposes. Management of local television station. Freelance producing, directing and editing of corporate video, various internal ads etc for The Barn Christian Fellowship Mike is currently commissioned by Red Revolution, to do DVD authoring, video editing and preparing video content for digital platforms. Currently employed to create content for social media for mackenzie and Burrell, Fridge School and MacSpares. I have recently completed producing, recording and editing in-classroom lectures for online learning platforms.
