Also 6years extensive experience as Area Manager working as contractor for Retail Companies like Woolworths, Pick n Pay etc. (as well as medical, FMCG and Hospitality clients sectors) At any time I had ranging from 200 to 250 staff members under my supervision, doing all recruitment, appointment, induction and training myself.
