I am a direct and forceful individual who is driven to achieve, wherever possible, the perfect solution. I am a self-starter and enjoy a variety of tasks which are both challenging and demanding. Although forceful, I tend to use facts, figures and rules rather than aggression to prove my point. It should not require me to motivate others, particularly on a daily basis, but rather for quality and standards. Disliking confrontation, I do not make a good disciplinarian, and do not like making unpopular decisions. I am a practical and patient person. Being empathetic and non-aggressive, I can be over-tolerant and protective of non-producers, particularly if they happen to be members of my own team. I am motivated by sincerity, security, power, authority, prestige and position. Challenging assignments and achieving a profitable result are also extremely important. I prefer a well-structured working environment and can concentrate relatively easily on detailed and routine work which requires accuracy and precision, but it is important to realise that, should the work become to routine and repetitive, then I am likely to get bored and restless. I am a good organiser, but need a plan to work from, and am particularly concerned with what I consider to be fair. Maintenance of a steady, calm and friendly working environment is important to me, as is the avoidance of unpopular disciplinary decisions. Ideally the job should involve me in a team role with room to operate independently of others once I know what is required of me, supporting the front line. My drive towards perfectionism can result in a very single-minded approach to problems. I am best suited to a role which sets high standards of quality and achievement, but which allows for independence of action once the parameters of the job have been clearly defined. The job should be orientated towards the analytical assessments of problems and the achievement of the perfect solution.
