I am familiar with the requirements for success in this profession and believe I possess the right combination of technical competence and people skills. I have proven leadership skills involving managing and coordinating the efforts of teams, business analysts, developers and executive management. I am fully aware that all departments need to work in synch with each other and it is important to therefore have a good understanding of each department’s objectives, purposes and constraints. I pride myself in the ability to take responsibility for the achievements of standards of service that comply with the highest expectations of the clients. My personal development is concerned with continued goal directed growth and the willingness to seek opportunities to acquire new skills and knowledge for myself. Quality is crucial to me. My desire to learn and succeed has helped me to grow and develop and take on new projects to gain more experience and exposure. In offering a high calibre of performance whilst not losing the fun factor, passion, commitment, drive and follow through to achieve high standards of excellence, I constantly challenge myself to achieve higher and greater targets. This has led me at times to utilize unorthodox methods and choose the path less travelled without compromising integrity in my bid to be proactive, innovative, seize opportunities and thereby influence by example and practice stewardship. I have the ability to align my behaviour with the needs, priorities and goals of the organisation through dedication and tenacity. I can keep my emotions under control and restrain from negative actions, when provoked or faced with opposition or hostility from others or when working under conditions of stress. I been commended for my ability to work with and establish trust, credibility and network across a diverse group of people, co-operatively with others, to be part of a team and work together for the purpose of a common goal.
