Good day. Im Mengezi Dlamini a chef by profession, i studied professional catering deploma at intec college. I have 7years plus experience in the hospitality industry in south Africa and abroad. I have 18 months experience as a commi chef and 5 years as chef de partie. Im a team player, meet deadlines, i can easily cope under pressure.
