I am a 35 year old female with 13 years of experience in customer service and enjoy every minute of it. I have worked in both retail and office environments and am quite adaptable to working in a team as well as independently. I am a quick learner and always looking for ways to enhance business practices and ensuring that the best practices are followed. Over the years working in customer service, I have learnt that every customer/client is different and you need to meet the needs of the customer/client in order to have a happy customer/client.
