I have approximately 30 years hands-on experience with different VIP payroll packages and the following is done: Remuneration according to employees’ letter of appointment, Leave control and Recons, Reports, Capturing and Amending data, Statutory deductions and Requisitions monthly, Medical Aids, Pension Fund, Garnishee orders, Funeral Fund, Tax Run- Midyear and Year end Reconciliation, Emp201, ITA88, Perks tax, WCA reports, Skills reports, Bonus provision, Allowances, Pension back lending schemes, FNB loans, Increase on all earnings and deductions, Write ASCII files, ACB and filing. I have also been exposed to and have gained experience in the Private Sector, which has given me invaluable experience in many areas that would be beneficial to the current Organization and other sectors. I have experiences in some levels of management as well as human resources. Responsible for employee experience during the entire employment life cycle. Recruitment and selection process. Training and development where needed. Assesses talent through use of performance appraisals and reward accordingly. Employee terminations, resignations, dismissals and redundancies. Diversity that relates to multiple cultures. My report writing ability is of a prestigious level and I am proficient in MS word, Power Point and excel as well as other Microsoft Office applications. On the accounting side, I have completed the Accpac training course that I find extremely user friendly. The courses are as follows: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Book, Common Services, General Ledger and Purchase Orders. This course gave me a broad perspective on how this could help working in a finance department. I have been the HOD for the past six years and it gave me a sense of what is required in this position, for instance I had to handle two positions which includes; one with staff and the other with worker leaders and membership. I completed my HRM certificate through BMT College 2016/2017 and now hold a degree in Advance HRM through Central University of Free State.
