I'm holding National Diploma in Information Technology (support services) , currently busy with Bachelor of Technology in IT(Communication Networks). I have 2 years experience as an Radio Access Network (RAN) planner at Vodacom. Planning 2G,3G and 4G mobile network and doing optimization, Rf tuning, refarming, network performance and all major KPI's. Have six years experience in Radio Access Network (RAN) Maintenance at Mobax telecoms. Making sure the network is in accordance to the customer expectations, rectifying all problems that relates to network not performing very well. Also have experience in Transmission "Tx" and Microwave links and fibre . Integration of new links and increasing capacity to the existing links for more speed and reliability.
