My career path started as an underground Construction employee at Union Mine -Anglo American Platinum in 2008. In 2010 I was promoted as a Pump Attendant at Engineering department. I saw an opportunity in 2014, when there was an advert for HR & HRD Development Programme. I applied for the position and was one of the successful candidate .For the time that I joined the programme in 2014, I acted as HR Administrator & Officer at Central /Operations and Shafts .I gained experience at Employee Relations department, Recruitment Department, HR Administrator -Contractor, Head Clerk Single Accommodation and Absentee officer. I also gained a lot of experience as a Data Capture , Secretary and Absentee officer ,I see myself as a Generalist. I completed my portfolio of evidence on the 25th February 2016 and continue to act/relieve in all different department of HR and waiting to be appointed as HR http://www.******.*** the Company was going through financial Disaster and started the Retrenchment process. Most of HR Administrator and Officers took VSP, were retrenched and transferred to other Anglo American Operations as the company was cutting cost. On the 01 January 2018 Anglo American sold Union Mine to Siyanda Resources, and Union mine was titled Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine. 05 April 2018 I was transferred to Recruitment department as there was no position available at HR Department operation, shaft and other department of HR. On the 01st October 2018, I was appointed as HR Administrator. I resigned on the 25 February 2020 to focus on looking for a job that is more challenging and for a chance where I can incorporate these skills in different industry.
