I am currently employed as an Manager/Office Administrator at a 5* Relais Chateaux Boutique Villa and Lodge. The main purpose of my job is to operate the day-to-day running of the Lodge & Villa, maintaining bookkeeping records, month end and accounting duties, stock control, dealing with guest bills and payments, ensuring bills and Invoices are paid on time and dealing with suppliers. I am also busy studying for my National Diploma in Financial Accounting through the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) I am a very organized and perfectionistic person if it comes to my work. Although I am Afrikaans, I can fluently speak and write English. I would like to utilize the accounting, admin and organizing skills as well as Management skills I’ve learned and would like to gain more experience.
