I matriculated in 2007 and obtained a bookkeeping certificate at Boston city campus in 2009. I started my first job as an Accounts clerk, where I did the Creditors, Debtors, Petty cash and updating the bank statements on the accounting system and also the bank reconciliation. I then worked as an invoicing clerk in 2014 for 9 months at a freight company. 2015 I started my current job as a Creditors clerk, where I process delivery notes, invoices and credit notes on the SAP system. I also do the monthly creditors reconciliation and filing of the Recons. In November 2018 I obtained my higher certificate in Accounting Sciences and in June 2019 I started my Bcom in Accounting Sciences. My goal is to qualify as a Charted Accountant in next 5years and also to complete my 3year traineeship. I am looking for a 5year training programme while I am studying my Bcom, so that I can qualify as a CA. I am a hard worker and I can work in a team and also on my own without supervision. I also work well under pressure and love to learn new things that will help me gain more knowledge in the career field I am about to take.
