Ms. Nkosi is an experienced business analyst who has worked on high priority and complex projects: implementing new legislation, products, and services. Some of her projects include: -The implementation of the ‘End User and Subscriber Service Charter’ at MTN (regulation from ICASA). This project involved identifying reports to verify MTN’s adherence to the regulation and creating a data warehouse to store these reports. The reports also contributed to MTN Group’s ‘Big Data’ initiative. -The development and implementation of new products that support the growing markets, which includes the channel developments that the products and customer support must be available on. -SAP implementation for core banking. This included the introduction of a new methodology and process tool for the business (Standard Bank). -The development and implementation of an IoT (Internet of Things) platform for MTN SA. This platform provides the connectivity layer for all machine-to-machine customers.
