I am a multi-skilled, self driven individual with 18 years of experience at a senior management and executive level in the private and public sector. I have a penchant for the practical application of holistic business management principles as derived from my tertiary qualifications and this has lead to the successful working relationships I have developed with leading South African African Companies, Government Departments, Parastatals,the Fast Moving Consumable Goods Sector and Sub Saharan business entities. I started my career in 2005 as a key accounts director for Balemi Business Innnovations(Pty) Ltd, tasked with sourcing and maintaining client accounts within the property development sector in Cape Town. Our flagship project was the Presidential Lead Development Project known as the N2 Gateway Project (valued at R650 miilion) which realised the building of 22 000 housing units and infrastructure for Cape Town Residents. This Turnkey project was a cornerstone from which I was exposed to team work, change management, project coordination, project management, communication, human resource management and skills development whilst ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Furthermore, it was my introduction to practical knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act .No1 of 1999. Completion of the afore mentioned project and client recommendations further unlocked career opportunities for myself after being appointed by the National Urban and Reconstruction Housing Agency( NURCHA) which was also Bridging Financier of the N2 Gateway Project. I was offred the opportunity to provide project coordination and management services for various clientele in The Free State, Eastern Cape, Kwazulu Natal and Gauteng Provinces. I undertook financial and project cordination of 5200 low cost housing units through Nurcha and this increased scope exposed me to various socio-demographic issues within our country which further sharpened my understanding of practical change management principles, corporate social investment requirements, providing product and services information and resolving any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency in order to delever the required, sustainable product or service. As a highly motivated individual, consistently willing to learn, I was subsequently appointed as Executive Development Director of Mont Blanc Projects and Properties (Pty) Ltd. I undertook development of commercial turnkey projects. Other core directives included working both local and international leading built industry consultants for internal and external projects I therefore have sound knowledge and experience in building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, handling client communication and business offerings to customers. In 2017, I was one of the first black APAC registered agents for RSA(Springs) in the fast moving consumable goods sector. As a highly motivated individual with an insatiable desire of learning and particiapting into new spaces, I realise that there is a plethora of opportunities in the vast South African Economy that one still has to explore and provide a positive contribution leading to positive growth within any industry I encounter.
