My love for people fuels my career path. I am a dedicated HR Professional very knowledgeable in employee relations and engagement, as well as employment law and compliance. Yet at the eve of my professional career but I’ve had the opportunity to have a great exposure with brilliant minds in aspects like talent management and organizational design. My highest interest in the HR field is the correlation between employee satisfaction and overall organizational performance. The concepts of motivation and job performance have become a popular driving force behind most outstanding organizations hence, managers and entrepreneur a must ensure that companies have a competent personnel that is capable to handle this task. Here are some traits which define me in all my endeavors; I'm a dot connector: I have a problem-solving mindset and love working with ambiguity, developing new solutions and challenging the immune systems within corporation. I am good at teaching: I make the most complex things easy to understand and I thrive on training people on new techniques and tools. Last but not least, I am flexible and adaptable and can envision solutions that will not be obvious. When I’m not working, I am usually singing in a chorale or solo setting; music is my passion. I love photography, nature walk, babysitting and traveling whenever I can. I have visited several countries and lived in three so far: Cameroon, Kenya, USA and South Africa. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Consequently, it has greatly strengthened my cultural awareness and fostered my organization change strategies.
