I have 5 years working experience, working for SMME company. I performed daily administration functions to enable and smooth operation of the business. I supported the accounting officer, by giving him financial information to perform his task. I performed debtors and creditors administration, payroll functions and general office admin. I also worked for MTN 14 years as a financial Administrator, and later worked as a financial Controller under facilities department. I supported facilities department to enable them to meet their deliverables and enhance service delivery daily. I enforced compliance and governance. Raising order numbers for service provider, draft budget, control budget, monitor budget and expenses, and periodically review the budget. I also monitored supplier billing, submission, reconcile their accounts, raise journals and accruals, ensure that they get paid timeously, and resolved queries. I have obtained higher diploma in business studies, with TCIBM affiliate. I passed 2 CIS modules with Unisa. I also obtained pitman bookkeeping and accounts certificate and elementary typing, I completed pastel 7 accounting and pastel payroll certificate. I used easy roster system, Oracle system and intermediate excel and Outlook.
