I am a self-motivated and Industrial Relations orientated Employment Equity candidate. I hold an Advanced National Diploma in Labour Relations Management (NQF L7) obtained in 2019 and a National Diploma: Human Resources Management in 2010 both from Tshwane University of Technology. I have more than 7 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Labour Relations Management. I am currently working as a Labour Inspector for the National Bargaining Council for Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty and Skincare Industry. I am responsible for servicing clients in the Johannesburg North region ensuring compliance with the Main Collective Agreement and Labour Legislation as well as representing the Council at Conciliations, Mediations and Arbitrations. I have worked for various organizations such as GP Consult (Pty) Ltd as a Labour Relations Consultant administering payroll, CCMA representation, end to end recruitment while also serving as a first point of contact regarding HR matters. As an HR Manager/Generalist at Lucango Business Affairs (Pty) Ltd, I have been involved in building relationships with the line managers as well as advising management on IR related matters. I was also responsible for handling grievances, disciplinary hearings and CCMA representation. I developed, implemented and maintained HR policies, procedures and grievance processes to ensure effective, fair and consistent management of staff throughout the organization.
