I have been working for engineering companies that specializes in structural and civil engineering works. The main objective of my job is the development of design drawings structural and civil using Auticad and to ensure that the buildings and civil structures are done correctly and professionally as per specification and according to codes. I also perform reinforcement detailing, quantity take-offs, Revit 2d & 3d models, planning and condition analysis of existing structures. During my tenure as a structural technician trainee I've learnt about the role of collaboration between varies stakeholders such as architects, clients and project managers on engineering projects as well as how important it is to be efficient and safe in the delivery of our services in order to meet project goals.
