These responsibilities includes but are not limited to: HR Administration: Capturing leave on VIP Sage and Loading new joiners on the system. • Devising contracts and amending contracts. • Providing HR support to operations by means of general labor relations and any other ad-hoc duties • Conducting Payroll for Casual Employees via VIP Sage and producing all reconciliation reports. • Conducting Induction for new joiners and assist in Protective Clothing issues Bi-Annually. • Administering Biometric system - Trac-Tech Time Register, which gets imported directly into VIP Sage Conducting Quarterly Protective Clothing stock take and clearing Variances if any arises. HR Projects: • Developing performance review process for High Performing Blue-Collar employees. • Updating all Job Descriptions. • Providing assistance in AET (Adult Education and Training) • Provided assistance in Employment Equity Committee. • Devised an Employee Engagement Survey to help provide improve relationship in the workplace and closing the gap of Employer and Employee. • Coordinated Health and Wellness Day on National AIDS Day and it was successful.
