I am an Enrolled Nurse with 12 years experience in CSSD MANAGEMENT, I have acquired extra training and experience. I have done 9 Decontamination Modules I have passed the OHSC Audit independently. I have done CSSD MANAGEMENT at Steris University for more than 60 modules. I have done IPC with ICAN and bettercare. I have trained both CSSD and IPC staff. Staff have proof of Training from both SaFMed and 3M on annual basis. I am on continuous training with SafMed webinars on Sterility Assurance. I have worked for a facility with 11 daily functional theatre complex with a maximum of 18 staff members. I am national speaker on CSSD and also do skills development for cssd technicians on freelance.
