I’m a highly experience employment law and labour relations practitioner with diverse and invaluable experience. I have a sound legal background and has done countless disciplinary hearings and CCMA cases. In addition, I have had coal face experience with trade unions recognition and wage negotiations, including strikes and lock-outs. I am an accedited meadiator and arbitrator and severd on the rules commitee. I have exstensive experience with incapacity and disability in the workplace and acted as Chairman of the Medical Panel of various institutions.
