In my 20 years’ experience of working within Customer Service, Stakeholder Relations, Employee Relations, Project Management and Transformation, my navigation of these roles have led to me to acquisition of diverse skills and disciplines like change management, Transversal Project Management, Strategic planning, B-BBEE and Transformation strategies, policy and procedures development including execution thereof. In terms of my brief highlights, my career took a positive turn when I joined the Employee Relations and Transformation Department at the RAF, at the time the HR Executive wanted me to use my vast Customer Service experience and Customer Relationship Management to transform the department to being a more customer centric one rather than punitive. I then took on the role of running Employment Equity, Reporting and Managing Budget for the unit.
