I have a sound knowledge and understanding of Quality Control and Quality Management Systems, managing operational QC and Lab functions in manufacturing facilities, such as Nestle (Powdered Milk), National Sorghum Breweries (Clear Beer), I&J (Frozen meat products), McCain Foods (Frozen Vegetables and Ready to Eat Meals), Kellogg SA (Cereals, Bars and Snacks) and National Brands Limited (Sweet and Savoury Biscuits).
