My name is Lindokuhle Colleen Xaba. I am from the city of Ekurhuleni in Gauteng, South Africa. Seeking a laboratory internship in a research or quality control environment, where experience in data collection, analysis, and project management skills can be used to conduct laboratory analysis. I matriculated in 2010 and joined the working class in 2012. Since joining the working class, I have worked with people from diverse cultures and educational levels, which has helped me improve my teamwork skills and helped me maintain my composure in every situation. Working shifts and long hours during my years of employment has given me a strong mental fortitude and a sturdy mindset. I am a goal-oriented individual, I complete what I started. I believe that as things change, there are possibilities for growth and improvement. I appreciate those that question my viewpoint and assist me in changing it if necessary. I can assimilate new ideas efficiently and I'm eager to learn when given the opportunity. Working independently has taught me to organize and plan my work according to the standards of the organization and to suit my working ability and style. I am motivated by new experiences to grow and make a difference.
