For the past 7 years I have run my own corporate gifts company as well as for the past 6 years working ½ day remotely from home for E’Yako Green, a small company that upcycled end of campaign PVC advertising billboards into various products such as conference bags, coolers and many more. The factory was in Jhb & my boss is in Hillcrest. Due to the lack of conferences during COVID19 the company has had to retrench me. Most of my career I have worked in admin / PA positions but my function at E’Yako & Radiantly Figs has been quoting, project managing orders, from quote, artwork to completion of orders, maintaining the WordPress web site, mass mailers using Constant Contact and Mailchimp, compiling of prices lists and product brochures, invoicing & statements to customers using online Sage Pastel. I am very competent using all MS office programmes as well as slight knowledge of Corel Draw & Inkscape, I am very confident on computers and technology. I have a strong ability to work on my own (having worked from home with no supervision) and have a good sense of time management. I am a fast learner of new systems and get along easily with everyone I come into contact with and have good experience of working with customers.
