I am currently working as a Vitamins Consultant at Dischem pharmacies where I am responsible for advising and assisting customers with the products that they are looking for concerning vitamins and health foods .Problem solving has been my daily task every time I encounter a customer looking for help and I get to listen and analyse the situation and given everything into consideration I give my best service by offering the best product. I make sure that I maintain and keep existing customers ,while bringing in new once with the display of products that are on promotion .I am responsible for making orders for the health department from suppliers and warehouse with the use of SAP and emails.
