I am passionate about creating and supporting organisational cultures where employees have the opportunity to grow, develop and thrive. I graduated as a Registered Social Worker in 2014 (SACSSP: 1040323). After gaining some practical experience, I decided to expand my career into the psychology of the world of work. I pursued a degree in Industrial Psychology and completed my Masters in Industrial Psychology in 2020 (HPCSA: PSIN 0158550). I have gained experience in the Organisational Development and Human Capital Consulting field throughout 2019 and 2020.
