Liesl started her career in 2009 as a trainee accountant and finished her articles in 2011. Upon completion she qualified as a Professional Accountant (SA). In 2012 she was appointed as a Tax Assistant, where she gained experience in both company as well as individual tax matters. In October 2012 she was promoted to Management Accounting Manager, where she gained valuable experience in the preparation and compilation of financial statements and the provision of management consulting services. Liesl is a Registered Tax Practitioner and before relocating held a position as Senior Tax Manager at Moore Stephens B&W. Liesl currently holds a position as Accountant at Dirk Booysen and Associates Inc. Liesl Also provides bookkeeping, payroll and tax services to a hand full of individuals, sole proprietors and companies. Duties performed during these engagements include but are not limited to: - Preparation of management accounts including key ratio analysis - General correspondence with clients, revenue authorities and financial institutions (both written and verbal) - Analytical review procedures - General accounting and bookkeeping for small to medium-sized entities - Budgeting and cash flow forecasts - Completion and submission of statutory returns to revenue authorities
