I am Lian Combrinck from South Africa, currently 22 years of age. I started volunteering at our local National Sea Rescue Institute at the age of 16 and I soon after I joined I realized I have a passion for quatic rescue and rescue overall. I worked my way through all the ranks and did all my water rescue courses. After I finished grade 12 I went to study Paramedicine in Cape Town, and I just finished this year with my Postgraduate Certificate in Remote and Off-shore Paramedicine. I am a driven and hardworking person with a passion to save life's. With my years of experience at the NSRI I had the opportunity to deal with almost any kind of emergency. I also help to train our local lifeguard and junior NSRI crew to make sure that they can provide high standard of rescue care and emergency medical care. Kind Regards Lian Combrinck
