I am an assertive, self-driven, result oriented individual who is constantly looking for development opportunities both at a personal and organizational level. I am very passionate about people and organizational development, to that effect I am an advocate of a learning organization culture in which self-development forms an important part of. I am dynamic, adaptable, a fast learner who is always eager to learn and implement new things. I work well individually and in teams. I have almost 20 years work experience of which 8 years was spent in Training Management and Organizational Development roles, 4 years in Production Management roles and 3,5 years in a Market TPM Manager role. During my tenure in both training and production management I have acquired technical competencies which enabled me to better understand the manufacturing environment thus allowing me to establish and implement technical training solutions. I have experience in Skills Development, Organizational Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Employment Equity, Organization Surveys, Leadership Development and Education & Training. My other skills include the following: Basic Data Analysis, Basic Problem Solving Techniques, Development of technical training materials, Applying Education and Training (E&T) Methodologies, Training Facilitation, Creation and coaching of the Operational Master Plan (OMP), Facilitating effective meetings & 5S. My interests are reading books, personal fitness, gardening and traveling.
