I started working at an early age, first as a promoter, then a waitress, then at Nedbank as a part time teller just before I was about to start with varsity. I studied three years of my LLB Degree and worked part time as Deans Assistant to the Dean of Humanities at UKZN Howard College Campus. I then worked briefly at Global Direct as a direct sales agent from there I moved on to my first permanent post at TransUnion Credit Bureau. This is where I developed my passion for customer services and client liason. I then moved on to DHL as a Customer Enquiry Advisor within their Customer Services/Logistics Department. DHL unfortunately went through retrenchments and I moved on to Enviroserv Waste Management still in Logistics and customer service role/functions. I then went for another opportunity with a more challenging role at Lake International Technologies as Business Coordinator for their food division. After three years I moved to Value Logistics as New Business Development Executive/Supply Chain Specialist, things did not work out and after a little over a year I got a great opportunity with my current employer – Willowton Group as Business Development Manager. I am with them close to two years on a fixed term contract. I am loyal, self-motivated and fluent in English, Afrikaans, Sotho, Setswana and Zulu. I am articulate, young, hard-working, enthusiastic, patient and extremely tolerant and all my references can vow for this. I thrive in customer service, complaint resolutions and I am always eager to see the end product of the business we are in at that point and time being a success. I am a team player but at the same time I am a leader and not a follower and that distinguishes me from any other candidate interested in this position.
