I am currently a student at UNISA. I am studying Bachelor of Arts in Health Sciences majoring in Psychology. I am an excellent customer service agent and administrator. My experience was obtained through Webhelp SA, Discovery Health, and Platinum Life. I have dealt with customers on a face to face basis and telephonically. I have done administration in all mentioned companies, including membership updates, responding to emails, making sure membership cards were delivered to members, capturing member/client details on CRM systems, meet and greet of clients and members and excelling one call resolution. I was a sales agent at Platinum Life, selling Cancer Cover for South African women. My experience and current studies have helped me empower my skills which were already naturally existent. I've always been a people's person hence being in customer service was the first career I went for.
