I have a diploma in Biotechnology and Btech in Quality Management (UJ). I’m certified Trainer (Facilitator) and trained on Heath and Safety. I have worked at an FMCG organization as a Health and Safety Officer at Gelita SA (gelatin and collagen production company) which is based in Krugersdorp (Delporton). I also worked at Newrest Inflight Catering SA (airline food catering company) based in Cape Town as a Unit QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) Manager. I also worked at LSG Sky Chefs (airline food catering company) as a Sub-Sahara QA Manager. I have successfully worked in FMCG organizations such as Dickon Hall Foods (QC and microbiologist trainee), Pepsi (QC and microbiologist) and ABI-Coca Cola (Quality Technician). I am highly competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint). I have experience and knowledge in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, OHS Act and Regulations, HACCP, Internal Auditing, Supplier Auditing, Problem-Solving (using quality tools), and statistical tools.
