I have worked in various different call centre and on different campaigns. I have worked in Ignition as a sales agent, Blake & Associates as debt collector, CCI as a customer service and retention agent for TALKTALK then Kura ( which first called PrimeTalk), where I was an agent promoted to QA then QA manager, then team leader. I am able to work under pressure, and I run the QA department for PrimeTalk, making sure that compliance was adhered too, them I was a team leader motivating and driving sales for an PPI, energy and mobile campaign. I have a d will strive to ensure that I complete my job to the best of my ability. Due to a emergency situation I was able to get back after my retrenchment and then COVID.19. I very eager to get back to work as I enjoy working.
