My passion has always been in the manufacturing and creating items from leather footwear and accessories to household items from repurposed components. I have found myself currently in the fascinating and rapidly expanding e-commerce industry. I have formed a new interest in consumer behaviour and data analysis. Having had 5 years experience in online sales, I can very quickly identify reasons for poor sales conversions and the decline in a products life cycle. I am a very driven individual who thrives on achieving goals. Being a creative and analytical thinker, I embrace a challenge and am always eager to learn. I am very good at forming relationships with people and very quick to grasp new information. Having a keen eye for detail and quick to recognise patterns or trends, I consider myself to be a natural product sourcer/buyer. Whilst I am self-motivated, I do enjoy some mentorship and take positive criticism well. Never satisfied with "it is not possible" I am solutions orientated and use negotiation as a very valuable tool. I love to travel and have had the privilege of living in many different countries such as Madagascar, Botswana, Namibia, the UK and France. This has taught me to easily adapt to different cultures and environments and has influenced my work in many ways. . My interests also include photography, languages, creative writing, swimming, travelling, gardening, upcycling and anything involving the great outdoors!
