As per my resume, I spent 25 years working in retail stores (Edgars, Gucci, St Dupont, Bally, Watch and Jewellery Gallery and Jetmart) selling high end products and doing all customer related services. I have been trained by the best, both in this country and abroad, namely Dubai (UAE) and Geneva (Switzerland). My knowledge of customer service has well matured, for, now I am able to communicate effectively at all different levels. My command of the English language is excellent. I spent at least five years studying towards a law degree at UNISA. I am not a lawyer because I did not complete my studies, but I am entirely satisfied with what I achieved, i.e. my perspective of life and profession in general is now totally different from what it was back when I started. I am now asking for an opportunity, once again, to be in sales, or any other available post for my own satisfaction and pleasure, as I have always loved imparting to others the knowledge I have acquired in retail.
