I have worked as Laboratory Technician/ Supervisor in a Dairy. At present I am employed as Laboratory Supervisor/Manger at a Mayonnaise Company. I Manage Food Safety Systems. I am involved in New Product Development. I have good problem solving and analytical skills, enabling me to successfully analyze problems. I have the ability to multi-task and I am able to function at an optimal level, notwithstanding the pressure of working in a competitive and changing environment and to communicate across all levels. I learn quickly and can work without supervision. My good interpersonal skills allow me to be very interactive in a production environment where I have learnt the manufacturing process relating to a Dairy and Mayonnaise environment. I have been involved in training development programs and have also attended in house training sessions pertaining to Food Safety Management. I have attended external courses in ISO 22000, Advanced HACCP, Food Microbiology, Internal Auditing, PRP and HACCP implementation. I am currently the HACCP Team Leader
