I accumulated lots of experience on Quality Management Systems, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), Good Hygiene Practices, ISO 9001, Safety Health and Environment. I worked as a Research Scientist as well as a Training Officer at the CSIR. I worked as a Quality Assurance Manager/Food Technologist (responsible Quality Assurance and Quality as well as R&D. I conducted Internal and External Food Safety and Food Quality Audits at different companies across South Africa.
