Kitsoyaone is currently a MSc (Agric) Animal sciences student and specialising in Animal Nutrition at NWU Mafikeng campus (completion:2019). He has completed his Diploma, and BSc (Agric) Animal sciences from NWU Mafikeng campus in the year 2014, and 2017, respectively. He has audited BCom modules such as General management and introduction to business Management into his BSc Animal Science degree, which broadened his business IQ. Although he does not possess a formal or recognized industrial track record of sales, he has sold multiple products, on personal capacity, such as Mofaya energy drink, eggs, and has also been a mobile barber. Throughout his sales experience, he was able to acquire the following sales skills; resilience, perseverance, patience and is also able to maintain a healthy relationship with his clientele. Among other traits which he possesses are the ability to work in a team, as well as an individual, multi-lingual, self-motivated and self-disciplined. His entrepreneurial and leadership skills have been shaped through the experience as a Black Management Forum student chapter (BMFsc) as he lead at NWU branch level, became provincial Deputy secretary at BMFsc of North West province and is currently serving as provincial secretary of BMFsc, and simultaneously a Start-Up Grind for entrepreneurs (Mahikeng chapter) Co-director. These two organisations have taught Kitsoyaone GG Phatudi the importance of team work in order to achieve one particular goal. He has particular interest in sales and corporate leadership.
