I have plus four years work experience as a receptionist in a large organization, responsible for handling all calls, customer complaints and visitors in addition to providing extensive organizational and administrative support. Amoungst my personal strengths, I am an extremely hard working individual. Detail orientated, able to plan ahead. I meet demands of a fast paced environment. I am persistent and consistent in everything I do. I utilize technology to assist me wherever possible and having working knowledge of a number of computer applications including MS Office, Opera, Protel, Brilliant and Delta 9. I have strong communication skills and I have an outgoing, energetic, and flexible personality. I ensure first rate customer service to clients and colleagues. I am confident that I will be able to contribute significantly to the growth of the company and it can be achieved by working in accordance with the visions and objectives of the company. Because of the dedication i have for my job within a short period I was promoted to rerservations from being being a receptionist, not forgetting how great I am at multi tasking.
