My professional career spans 19 years of experience as Diesel Mechanic/Fitter in the mining industry of which 12 years I worked as an expatriate UG Maintenance Fitter/supervisor, Drill Specialist, Tradesman Trainer, Competency Development Coach in Africa (Tanzania, Mali) and Asia (Kazakhstan, India). I am able to perform all kinds of repairs and preventive maintenance services of various underground mobile equipment’s especially drills. In addition, I have demonstrated ability to perform repairs on auto electrical, electro hydraulics, pneumatic and mechanical systems. Furthermore, I have demonstrated the ability to applying knowledge of manuals, schematics and diagnostic tools to skilfully troubleshoot analyse and repair potential problems. Besides routine tasks, my ability to maintain a clean safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards will be an asset to the company. I hold a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Diesel Trade Certificate, I also completed a training course Auto CAD, Computer Practice, Basic Finance and Administration, Assessor, Sandvik Machines (basic electro hydraulics, Posi Stop Brakes, THC 560, XLP rig, robolt, EJC 88, DD 421).
