My name is Kgoboko Kgosana, I’m a qualified Food Technologist with approximately 20 years’ experience in the industry. I’m currently performing consultancy work in SHEQ, Social Responsibility/CSR, Risk & Compliance, LEAN manufacturing, Process & machinery capability studies, due-diligence assessment, Labelling compliance, Continuous Improvement and Food Safety. I’m also conducting contract work as a facilitator, coaching of production personnel and freelance auditor. I value personal development so much that I continue to work with different industry and products or brands; from veterinary, dairy, snacks, confectionary, sauces, noodles, Soya, canned products, biltong, vegetable oils, chemical, paper product, wine, soft drinks, garments, cosmetics products etc. implementing SHEQ, CSR & Food Safety programs. I have compiled and conducted SHEQ, CSR & Food Safety training for production personnel and/ or companies as well as training of the Food/ Product Safety Team Members. My strong point is promoting continuous improvement; Interpreting Standards, Regulations and Acts to enable to develop policies, procedures, and working manuals as well as ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of various management systems. I ‘ve also assisted small-medium/ large companies with setting up laboratories and assisted various companies with attaining FSSC 22000 certification.
