I hold a Postgraduate in Labour Law, with University of the Free State. with a 10 years experience as Senior Labour Relations Practitioner. In my working experience I did a lot of investigations of misconduct cases, Investigations of Grievances or handling of Grievances (understand the Grievance procedure), Initiating in Disciplinary Hearings and can also represent the company at CCMA ( Conciliations and Arbitrations). Mediation that we offer assist the clients on the Labour and family mediation and also assists with Advisory services.
