I am an incumbent who hold an Honours Degree in Public Administration and have vast knowledge and experience to work in various department of the organisation. My experience working as a Business Support Manager enabled me to acquire skills and experience in ensuring that the business achieve its objectives and that business objectives are developed and monitoring thereof is done execution and reporting is conducted as required. I am a Customer Relations driven individual to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved by ensuring feedback is received and analysed and response is given in an effort to improve business performance by implementing corrective and preventive actions. Ensuring effective business administration and good governance in the business is the heart of my expertise. This is done by ensuring processes and procedures are developed and compliance thereof is entrenched. Monitoring and evaluation are the key tools that will ensure there is success to these principles.
