My experience includes extensive HR Generalist, managerial and IR exposure. I have always worked at an operational and functional level, which I believe is the most effective way to ensure achieving a high standard of service delivery as well as meeting the needs of the company. I have worked in various industries, such as manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, mining and construction. In a managerial capacity I was responsible for the supervision of the HR team based at operational level. The team included regional HR site managers, HR officers, HR administrative support and payroll administrators.
