My name is Mafuta Karin Tshilumba, preferred name Karin. I am a bilingual and dedicated Medical Doctor, with a high degree of professionalism. Over the years, I have acquired great experience into a variety of settings, including but not limited to Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics, internal medicine, Psychiatry, Surgery. I am team spirited, qualities that are essential in order to perform at some of the higher levels at which I have had to perform. As an example, I worked for a good period of time in one of the busiest Emergency Room in South Africa, at the Johannesburg academic Hospital. From working in such environment, I have acquired special skills as well as the ability to work under pressure, while taking critical decisions, as one of the Emergency Room staff.
