I am a young lady(28) who posses a National Diploma in HR, which I completed in 2017. I work as an HR Assistant in the Mining industry with broad responsibilities, including: taking meeting minutes of management, being part of disciplinary hearings, investigations on absenteeism and taking the necessary action, daily report writing on absenteeism and data capturing. I am able to adapt to any environment without any trouble. I pay attention to detail on everything I do. I am determined to put a smile on every ones faces even thought we are all of different character. I am able to work independently and in a group. I ensure to understand complex content to the best of my ability.
