My working experience stretches from working in the petroleum industry at FFS Refiners as a process operator and as well as a process controller. The knowledge and skills that I gained throughout my tenure in the company is to work independently, to stay focussed in a stressful situations, to be able to work under pressure and the importance of the team working. Currently I am working at Fine chemicals Corporation (FCC) as a Quality Assurance Inspector. I started working in Production as a process operator and the experience I have gained in the production department as process operator was to assist in Process development plant where I was working together with a plant technician as well as with plant supervisor. Trouble shooting was one of my core duties as the trial batches require more focus and more attention. Along my experience at FCC I have also worked in a fully automation plant block C2 where I was also working as a process operator. My duties included plant operation, working together with Validation Engineers through the plant commissioning period, and I was also appointed as a Fire Marshall, and as a Health and Safety Representative of the plant/block. During my working experience in Production department I have developed skills on how to delegate, control and lead people. And other than these skills mentioned above I am personal able to deal with different people with different views and opinions, to handle pressure and to always stay positive and focus towards my work activities. In my working experience with the company I have also join the QA Department, where the experience of being a QA Inspector and of been independent from the Manufacturing department has developed me skills to oversee issues related to cGMP compliance, to lead, train and facilitate cGMP, GXP, GLP and GEP related issues to various department including but not limited to Production, Validation, and Quality Control. And working toward one common goal of ensuring the regulations and In-house Procedure are met all times.
