I welcome opportunities to be able to expand on my skills, as I was not privileged to study after Matriculating. I enjoy a challenge and believe one's never too old to study further! I want to belong to a renowned organisation that places emphasis on on-going skills enhancements and Accreditations. I want to have enhanced my current skills by the time I am 61 and study Part-time towards this. I am striving towards secure employment to cater for my retirement needs. I consider myself diligent, conscientious, hardworking, committed and know I have immense potential. I am driven and fully capable of taking ownership of my work and working independently as well as within a Team. I am self-managed and consider myself as being multi-skilled. I am a people's person and interact well with different people. My work history and experience has taught me that people have different nuances and personalities and I know how to adapt to these and offer optimum service dependant on my client’s needs. I believe the most important aspect of any employment or company is to render the best Customer service. In that way one would retain their clients even in the face of competition from other service providers. I am very Customer centric and have a very high work ethic. Service and relationship building I think is the core of the success in this Industry. I have a wealth of experience, training and knowledge pertaining to the Financial sector and client liaison.
