I’m a 33 year old energetic, confident and professional female residing in Johannesburg. I was recently employed by Auto & General Insurance company (Australia) as a customer support consultant as well as servicing A & G partnering brands abroad such as Dodo, First for women, Affinity, Australia Post, Retirees, Budget Direct and other Australian brands. I was also part of a buddy training program that educates and teach new employees who just completed training, teaching them system navigation on their first live calls, guiding them through the calls on systems, processes ,procedures as well as product knowledge. Providing coaching throughout the duration of the training. I possess strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills among others. I can perform effectively both individually and in a team as well under pressure. I have high learning potential as well as remarkable experience in customer service/call center up to 6 years. During my employment at Auto and General as a customer support agent I handled 55 to 60 incoming calls per day without any specific target market as Auto & General is an administrator for above mentioned brands.
