Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Judith Dorland and I have twenty years experience working in the corporate sector. I have mainly had an administrative and financial role in the following sectors: banking, telecommunications, insurance, public relations, wireless licensing, utility services and finance. During the past twenty years, I have learnt that regardless of the product or service a business has to offer, the successful delivery of said product or service is directly correlated to the back office. Due to my vast experience in the area, I am able to bring the different components of the back office together in order to make it function coherently and cohesively. I started working in the banking industry, which means that I was trained to be accurate and precise while working under pressure. Other opportunities presented themselves to me, and I pursued employment in the financial departments of various companies. After a few years, this escalated to numerous responsibilities, including personnel management, customer relationship management, project management, office administration as well as being a personal assistant to the directors. Being a personal assistant introduced a range of new responsibilities and challenges, including the coordination of personal and business schedules. Moreover, this included event management, arranging catering and venues as well as speakers for product launches. As an employee, I see myself as a highly motivated individual, who is dedicated to getting the job done. I also pride myself on having excellent organisation and communication skills. Attention to detail is part of both my professional and personal life. I consider myself a team player and a problem solver, but I can also work individually, while taking charge of a situation and getting the job done. My aspiration is to continue to be an asset to my employer by using my skills and years of experience to benefit the organisation. Kind Regards Judith Dorland
